Ryan Motsinger and Josh Bennett are the driving forces behind Lot 35 Homes, LLC. Ryan, a seasoned contractor, founded the company with a commitment to quality craftsmanship and client satisfaction. In 2021, Josh became an integral part of Lot 35 Homes, adding over 15 years of construction experience to our team.

The L-O-T in Lot 35 Homes stands for “Least Of These” and is inspired by Matthew 25:40 in the Bible where it says, "Truly I tell you, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me." This serves as the cornerstone of our approach, treating each project with the utmost care and attention, as if it were our own.
