Ryan Motsinger started Lot 35 Homes in 2016 with a decade of experience in home construction and remodeling under his belt. Josh Bennett likewise worked on the Oregon coast gaining experience from wide range of projects in residential and commercial construction. In 2022, they joined forces to combine their unique skillsets and combined experience to bring a high level of excellence and dedication to their clients’ projects.
